What to reach out about

We genuinely want to hear from you. SIPlyy is a small, founder-led project — when you write in, you are talking directly to Bhanuprakash Sardesai, not a faceless support team. The kinds of messages we love to receive:

  • SIP questions — if a calculator's output confuses you, or a blog post leaves something unclear, ask. We will either respond directly or turn your question into a new FAQ entry.
  • Calculator feedback — found a bug? Want a new feature (like inflation-adjusted projections, or a goal-based calculator)? Tell us. Most improvements to the calculators come from user requests.
  • Content suggestions — if there is a SIP topic you wish we covered, let us know. We publish new articles regularly and your suggestion might be the next one.
  • Errors and corrections — if you spot a factual error in any article, please write in. We take accuracy seriously and fix mistakes quickly with full transparency.
  • Press and partnerships — for media quotes, podcast appearances, or syndication enquiries, please mention "press" in the subject line for a faster response.

What we cannot help with

To set expectations clearly, here is what we cannot do over email:

  • Personal investment advice — we are an educational site, not a SEBI-registered investment adviser. We can explain concepts and calculators, but we cannot tell you which specific funds to buy or how much to invest.
  • Fund house customer support — if you have a problem with a specific mutual fund (failed SIP debit, KYC issue, redemption delay), please contact the fund house or your distributor directly. We have no access to your fund accounts.
  • Tax filing — we can explain how SIP taxation works, but we cannot file your returns or give you specific tax advice. Please consult a chartered accountant for that.

Our commitment to you

When you write to SIPlyy, you can expect:

  • A personal reply from Bhanuprakash Sardesai — never an automated response or a salesperson.
  • Honest answers — if we don't know something, we will say so, and we will point you to a resource that does.
  • No follow-up marketing — we will never add you to a mailing list, send you promotional content, or sell your email address.
  • Privacy — your message and email address stay between us. We do not share enquiries with anyone outside SIPlyy.

Whether you are a first-time investor with a basic question or a seasoned pro with a complex query, we want SIPlyy to be a place where you can get clear, honest, jargon-free answers. The easiest way to reach us is by email at brssardesai@gmail.com — but you can also call or message on +91-9108752716. We are based in Hubli, Karnataka, and we typically respond during Indian business hours.

How to write a great enquiry

To help us respond quickly and accurately, please include the following in your email:

  • Your specific question — vague questions like "should I invest?" are hard to answer helpfully. Specific questions like "should I start a SIP in a flexi-cap fund or an index fund for my 12-year retirement goal?" are much easier.
  • Relevant numbers — if you are asking about a calculator result, share the inputs you used. If you are asking about your SIP plan, share your age, monthly amount, time horizon, and current funds (if any). You do not have to share anything you are uncomfortable with — but more context means a better answer.
  • What you have already considered — telling us what you have already read or ruled out helps us avoid suggesting things you have tried. It also signals that you have done some homework, which makes for a more productive conversation.
  • Your location — taxation rules, fund availability, and regulatory frameworks differ by country. We primarily answer questions for Indian investors, but we are happy to help non-resident Indians (NRIs) and overseas investors where we can.

For calculator bugs, please include: the calculator URL, your browser and device, the inputs you entered, the result you expected, and the result you actually saw. Screenshots help enormously.

Press and media enquiries

If you are a journalist, podcaster, or content creator working on a story about SIPs, mutual funds, or Indian personal finance, please mention "press" in the subject line for a same-day response. Bhanuprakash Sardesai is available for:

  • Expert quotes on SIP trends, AMFI data, and Indian mutual fund industry developments
  • Podcast and video appearances on personal finance topics
  • Written commentary for newspapers, magazines, and finance blogs
  • Speaking engagements at finance events, webinars, and investor education programmes
  • Guest lectures at colleges, B-schools, and corporate personal finance workshops

We typically respond to press enquiries within a few hours during Indian business hours, and we are happy to work with tight deadlines. Our preference is for outlets that focus on plain-English education rather than clickbait or fund promotion.

Partnerships and collaborations

We are open to selective partnerships that align with our mission of free, honest SIP education for Indian investors. Specifically, we are interested in:

  • Content collaborations with other finance educators and bloggers
  • Tool integration with reputable DIY investment platforms that respect user privacy
  • Guest posts from SEBI-registered investment advisers who want to share educational content (clearly labelled, no promotional links)
  • Syndication of our articles to reputable publications, with attribution

We accept paid placements, sponsored articles, and affiliate partnerships.

Finally — thank you for using SIPlyy. Every email, every calculator run, every blog read is a small vote of confidence in this project. We are grateful for it.
